ok, I'm an honorary QQ!

last night along with some loverly lamb chops i made a cous cous type of salad but used Q instead. had chopped tomatoes, cucumber, tahini and a drizzle of cumin/garlic infused garlic sauce. very middle eastern and yummy.

They just remodeled the nearest supermarket to me and made it all spiffy. I noticed that they had quinoa in the natural foods section. I'm looking forward to trying it. I've read that it is very good for you.

Once you have discovered quinoa, there is no reason to ever eat a different grain. Enjoy!

Yes Kathy, do try it!
I make a pot of it twice a week, so I only need to reheat it most days. Usually for breakfast. I needed a quick dinner tonight so I sauteed garlic, added chopped tomatoes, cooked quinoa and spinach. DELISH!!

just started eating quinoa...i made mine with Hawaiian salt, it was amazing.
