![]() ---this works GREAT with other cheeses, too. I had some pesto and a chunk of that baguette left after French club, so the next day I tried it with a Dutch Edam and YUM! I'm thinking a veined soft cheese like Saga Blue would be tasty as well. It's probably one of those magic recipes that is good however it's done.
