I'm with you, Suze,
I forgot to eat lunch and now I am trying to decide, do I want to go eat it now, at 3:00 in the afternoon, or just wait until dinner time? I am sure a salad is in my future, though, because this thread is making my mouth water for one!! Cindi

Can't forget tomatoes and cucumbers. Sometimes I love to put hard boiled eggs on there.
Last night we had taco salad for dinner with ground turkey and it was a make it yourself meal. I try really hard to have salad fixings in the fridge but it is hard to keep them well stocked. I have never had raw beets and am so anxious to try them.

One of my mom's signature parts of a salad!! She would turn over in her grave if she were dead. Thank G(D)og she's still alive. Cindi
