MedMama, that sounds divine. I never met a deviled egg I didn't like, and this could become a favorite. Here's a recipe I made up for a luncheon last spring, that got raves; it does use the yolk, though, so not as healthy as yours!
Ginger Wasabi Deviled Eggs 7 eggs, hard-boiled and cooled 3 T wasabi mayonnaise (or regular mayo mixed with good blob of wasabi paste) 2 tsp pickled sushi ginger, finely minced Dash of soy or tamari sauce Red caviar or crab roe, or small boiled peeled shrimp, for topping Remove yolks from eggs and mash with other ingredients. Discard 2 of the egg-white halves and stuff the remaining dozen with mixture. Top with desired topping (or sprig of parsley) and chill.

I have some really good hummus from Costco I need to eat so I am going to try this but I am going to try and mix it with the yolks. FYI, the yolks contain many nutrients that us drinkers really need. Do not believe the cholesterol hype around them, they are good for you.
Thanks for the recipe!
