The Highly Sensitive Person by Elaine Aron.
This is for the 20% or so of us who may be introverted, sensitive, brooding, thoughtful, and may be undervalued in this culture. I like it because it gives me some validation, and doesn't make me feel like I am wrong for not enjoying going out, 'partying', etc, etc. I might splurge and get the workbook that goes with it. Lila

hi lila,good thread,i think most of us are shy,theres all kinds of addictions ,over doer s,thats what i am,evrything i do,i do to much,including reading,you are not alone and happy you brouht it up have a great weekend gyco
