Three Cups of Tea

I finished this book a few weeks ago and have been inspired to share it with others. The book is about an ex-mountaineer who builds schools in the remote areas of Pakistan. I learned so much more about the politics of that area, the beliefs of the different types of Islam and the background to the taliban and al-qaeda while also being inspired to make a difference in someone's life a little at a time.

It's a great book and an easy read except for the Pakistani names - I'm sure I mis-pronounced them all in my head.
