I think I have Worked Out My Problem!

Well guys/girls,
I have read the book, taken the supps and finally asked my doctor for campral (something they will prescribe in OZ) but something has not been working!:\ I have run out of all-in-one & kudzu & haven't tried GABA but I think it would help (it's good for anxiety) I have run out of money so will have to wait a while but I keep getting thoughts in my head because I have not been working the cds like I should and have not done the exserise like I should:o I have ordered the all-in one but from what MFM said it does take awhile. It works great especially because I am not a breakfast person.
So tomorrow I am going to listen to the tapes from scratch (abit boring because you know whats going to happen next so your mind projects) and try to have a good healthy breakfast until my all-in-one arrives) I WILL find time for exercise and WILL listen to the tapes>D
I will keep you posted.
