It is a diet plan. Go to day 16 of the abs board. There was much disussion going on there about it. However Marcie did post somwhere about being careful if you are having problems with your liver. You may want to ask her more about it if that is your case. Donna |

Yse it's a plan 2 to 3 books out now I have 2 of them to me it's not a diet it you don'T count how many CAL,s you eat as many Veg. as you want it,s more about what you eat . I lost 40 lbs in about 6 mouth was still drinking then. At 1st alot of retaind water . lts a way of eating one feels very good doing what is saids. Well worth a try.
