Well, my mine is here 0] 0] . Read yesterday's post. I cried to my hubby and my stomach still hurts a bit. I took to doses of the cleanse which each consist of

6 more herbal pills

I am going to start growing roots.

I have to take 10 days of this stuff, 2x per day, then 10 days off, then 10 more days. If I don't feel better, then I'm going to have to start messing with the MWO supps and see if it's one of those that is causing the problem. Oh, and not to mention I got a lovely kit from the PathLab prescribed from my Dr that I have to perform a bathroom experiment and bring results in.....
Freaking over here. My dad has a colostomy, half my mom's side of the family has colon problems, diverticulitis, etc.
Back when I started the program, my liver checked out OK. This seems purely GI.

I had 2 glasses of red wine last night sipped over 5 hrs. Those few days (not a wk...hmmmm) abs did slow me down. Good tool to use. Will use that more. Will use it in June. Can't just still drink a bit every day with a history like mine and think that I won't get a bit carried away every now and then.....


I'm going to Ann Arbor on this nice sunny day to meet a girlfriend of mine and go shopping, go to lunch, etc. Have to drive 1hr each way, so I'll be a good girl, I promise :D .

Don't worry, Becca, I'm not offended by poool In fact, now that I have finished up all the other vitamins and supplements and have finally started on the Allone, I have noticed a distinct chance in my, ummm, bowel function, mostly consisting of CONSTANT feeling that I have to poo.:o Can't always distinguish if it is a little ftttt! or the real thing, resulting in considerable confusion!ol At any rate, I am hoping that you find out what is wrong with you, Becca, and get it resolved!

My sister is coming in from NY today, so I'm looking forward to that.

Doing okay with drinking. I think I have finally narrowed down my mental confusion to a sinus infection. No big symptoms except mental fogginess that makes topa/dopa effect seem minor by comparison! I figure if I add alcohol to the mix, I'll really be in big trouble!!

Mornin all! Dinner with the Family was fun. For Grandma's 98'th Birthday dinner. Just a few of us got together, only 12, went to a nice little place down the coast, with a beautiful view of the sunset over the ocean (same place Scott & I had our Anniversary dinner last yr!) Had fresh Calamari for appetizer, so by the time I finished my salad.... my dinner was ready to be boxed up! It was good though. And there's plenty for later.:b
I had 1 glass of wine thru dinner, & still had a couple of sips in my glass when we were getting ready to leave(which of course I finished,...it would be alcohol abuse, if I didn't!...Ha!)
We stopped on the way home & took some pictures, at sunset with the ocean in the background, since we were all dressed up & all... they came out pretty nice!
When we were getting ready to leave for dinner, I asked Hubby If I looked ok... he says, "I can't take my eyes off of you... It's kinda like a bad car accident,.. your eyes just go right there, even if you don't want to look.":( :rollin "Aint he sweet? " One of these days....:rolleyes

I didn't crash last night! I had some jitters starting out but overall the ride went well. I had 3 post-ride beers that count as 2 drinks because I decided to try Beck's Light -- 2.3% alcohol. It's okay. Perfect as the first beer before I ate, then I had a 'real' beer with food. I was on a roll talking and was fired up about having ridden, and had a 3rd beer but made sure it was another Beck's Light. The Beck's Light only has 64 calories/bottle....I ate 2 'fat-free' hot dogs at only 40 calories/dog. Who knows what kind of filler are in those things. Rubberbands ground up with sawdust?

I'm not sure how they get 2.3% alcohol in 64 calories. I wonder if it may be less than 2.3%. Not worth researching as it wasn't that tasty. That has to be one of the oddest low-fat/low-cal meals I've ever eaten. I came home and ate a Fiber pill, worrying those dogs may plug me up permanently! :x

I think we would make for a great sit-com. Desperate Housewives move over for the Moderating Party Pants!

Maybe we should write a book! some of our posts here are pretty good entertainment! But I've been known to be "easily amused" Christ... look @ what I married!:rollin Gotta get him back somehow! Even if he doesnt hear it! Beleive me.. he did all night @ dinner, last night!!ol And had my Dad, Brother(both very good shots), Mom, Grandma, Aunt,Uncle,Cousin, Sis-in-Law,nother cousin... lotsa back-up!! He couldn't say a word...
