Keep checkin in Phil, you're missed when you're not around. Did you notice we need more testosterone around here?
ol Am I right ladies? ol Tomorrow is another day, and you WILL succeed! Stick around partner! Good to read all of your posts at the end of a long day everyone! Susan, as always good to see you! You have come such a long way, it's truly inspiring. You are living proof that we can overcome imbalances and turn our lives around if we stick to our goals! I hope you're not hurt from the accident, what happened? By the way, were you able to read the ezbox message I sent to you the other day? Just want to make sure it's not faulty and you are receiving them... Kimber, congrats on 27 out of 29 days! And Mary Anne, 4 days! That's so great!!! Gosh, you definitely have an added challenge with a drinking hubby, but hopefully it will only serve to strengthen your determination and program! Good going! You too Nancy! And thanks for not taking offense to my post. I'm sure your blackberry wine is lovely (for normal drinkers in moderation!)!! What a hypocrite I am huh? ol Jane you are an inspiration to me getting right back on the wagon like you did, and 23 days out of 24 is wonderful! Another week & it'll be a month! Can you believe it?!! Wow Janet, that's really interesting about your friend, it sure illustrates the extent to which drinking defines our lifestyles. It's just awesome to think about how much influence it has in our culture. Touches just about everything & everyone in some way. So, how did you like the All One? I do take the supps and AO - they have helped me a TON!! CV, congrats to you on 11 days! Good going on everything you're doing! I read somewhere that Splenda is toxic ( gasoline used in production or something like that), but Stevia is great, made from flowers and all naturally processed I think,,,I use it in my tea and sauces/dressings, haven't tried it in baking but then again, my baking days are still ahead of me... mmmmmmm... ol Nite all... Hi Kris,
I agree, it is overwhelming and mind boggling to try and figure it all out. Unfortunately there are many conflicting opinions, and still a good lack of pertinent info available to us, so we're often left with many many many question marks flying in our heads. I want to tell you that I fully believe it will come to make sense to us in each of our own ways and times. All we can do is keep trying to move forward in the right direction. I agree with you that the theory isn't so important as the reality of not drinking each day by our will and determination, but Kris, please take advantage or the tools that will help too, if you aren't already (not sure what you're doing program-wise) Most of all, be kind to yourself... believe it or not it helps a lot!
