GREAT IDEA!!!
Today I used ALL ONE (one scoop), one container peach yogurt (lowfat), 2 TBL liquid acidophpolis, 1 TBL ALL ONE Calcium Complex, 1/2 TBL ALL ONE Totally Fiber, five ice cubes, 1 fresh peach cubed and about 1 Cup (I didn't measure this) peach juice - blended. YUM!! I love peaches. Anyway, I am good to go for the AM with this.

I make my nearly famous cocktail of 1 heaping tbls of All-One, 1 heaping tbls of psyllium husks and vanilla whey ( 1 scoop ) and 1 cup very cold water as a meal replacement and I have lost damn near 30 pounds with this, I just wish it was tastier. Maybe milk would be better. Wish I could get more vanilla taste. Damn, ice cream would ruin the weight loss effect.

I don't see why not, Miss Layla!!!

And Dug, can't you dress this up a bit to make it tastier? There's gotta be something a little more lo-cal than ice cream!!!!

gotta love you guys!!!

Thanks scs. Prolly best to keep it simple huh?

Ok, this is for all us coffee lovers:

1 cup strong decaf coffee (chilled in fridge)
1 banana
1/2 cup (4 oz) vanilla yogurt
1 heaping scoop All In One powder
1 cup ice

Makes about 2&1/2 cups.
Definatly a meal replacement at 250 calories.

I was gonna add a cap of vanilla extract until I read it has 15% alcohol in it! OMG!

Next time I'm going to freeze everything first. The coffee and yogurt in ice cube trays and the banana broken into chunks in a baggie. I think that'll make it more like a slushy...

Default Morning coffee drink

Been missing my warm morning coffee, so I tried this...

3/4 mug of fresh brewed decaf coffee (still hot)
All One powder (I finally learned it's NOT "All In One")
French vanilla creamer (to taste)

Mix in blender. Drink like coffee...

This turns a nasty baby puckie green color. IF you can get past that... It's ok.

I thought I read in the MWO book that All-One's website had smoothie recipes on it. I couldn't find them. Anyone know where those are?
