Hey Jude....I think your plan sounds great for you!

We all just have to remember that each plan is for "ourselves" and is not to be judged.

Okay...I will go next...

Here is my plan! My plan is to get back on track and to only have 4-6 drinking this month and the rest will be AF days! I can do this and will do this! I will start using the CD's again plus cont. to add in the Supps. I do and have been excersising....suprise! I will cont. to add more and keep working in my flowers and yard!
My kids get out of school on June 6th:eek ol ! So I could and very most likely end up with a heck of alot more AF days then on my schedule! They are 13 & 11 and well enough said...know way too much! I plan on spending my summer with them getting heathy!

Happy June!

Tammie sounds great! And definately for you! :D

I know my plan is probably quite a bit more casual than a lot of people's... But knowing what I know, and who I am, & what I'm capable of.... IT IS quite regimented,...at least for ME!

And that is the "NAME of the GAME" (not that I consider this by any means a game, but well, ya know...

Who knows once I start, I might go for more than 1 day abs... we'll see:rolleyes I'm thinking my Hubby loves to gamble... maybe I'll start a waiger per week kinda thing...at

Alrighty Then....here goes....for me, as my first event.. let's see...thinking of my past history....:rolleyes :rolleyes :rolleyes

OK...I can't even think of wanting ANY!!! Oh No!!! I've listened to the CD's TOO MUCH!! Have I accidently gone ads?:eek ......whoa...maybe I'm just really tired right now and need to go sleep!!

So....I think I'll just say no more than 2 glasses of wine twice a week if I feel like I even want it...Friday and Saturday nights....sounds ok....Excercise 3x week...diet if I can eat at all (tummy still messed up).

I'm dosing up on topa on Saturday to 100mg. Sticking w/ supps. This is my third week!!:D

Sweet Dreams!!

I'm scared to post a plan, but here goes:
(Had a plan last month that I was gung-ho with for 2 wks and did great, but then got a bit sloppy...no major disaster, still on track for no "dark side"!)

*2-3 AF days per wk MANDATORY beginning 1st full wk june
*dose up topa as necessary, stop being such a baby about it
*Drinkin Days: Plan: (I'm still working on this one, guys...)
*running: 3-4 days/wk: get up to 7 miles long run (got to 5 miles last month-plan was 6... stupid tummy trouble)
*boards every day
*productive act. with kids every day

Need help with the drinking days thing. Putting limits is not working well, maybe the drink / hour thing as my doctor suggested? But with our "all day long events" I don't think that many drinks is acceptable! I don't know. Haven't been going overboard too badly at all. I think the topa kind of prevents me from going "there"? and if I dose Up? Went to 125 yesterday and feeling the zing already...
do dee do
not being very decisive here. warning. danger.

Rebecca, I can totally relate to the indecisive thing. It feels like if I write it out...it becomes so "Permenant" and what if I change my mind?ol

Not that , that would EVER happen...:rollin :o

As I posted on the day one thread, I am upping my drink count to 9/week, which is what I sort of averaged out to with a few little side trips last month! I think that my biggest problem is keeping up with the CD's and exercise. I think the CD's are more important, though. Exercise you can make up here and there, but the CD's really get into your brain and make a profound difference. I can feel a difference when I do and don't listen to them. Of course, participation here is mandatory!ol

Hugs,
Kathy

Geez I'm late with my plan, it's almost Day 2! I'm going to stick with my May plan of 9 drinks/week even though I'm already over for this week. :p

I got lazy with the supps and must keep that up. It was a big positive factor. And the CDs, oh yes! Gotta retrain the brain.

I am considering the Fat Flush 10-day 'fast track'. Problem is finding 10 days in June that don't overlap a big social event because it calls for 10 AF days. I'll at least start working in more of the foods.

Default POST YOUR MODERATION PLAN

WOW! I am late getting here! It is day 2!

I like the sound of that 9 drinks a week. I do like AF days in there. So the days I double up I think Judie's idea of water in between makes perfect sense. It sort of stops that habit thing of running back for more.

Drinks: 9 in a week
Exercise: my physical therapy which is twice a week, then back to my nightly "home exercises" to strengthen my leg. (Can't drink while doing those!)
Supps: The amount my body says is right that day.
I have taken the supps but find when I take the full plans worth for a day including the All In One - I end up with diahhrea (sorry to say that but I don't feel too hot on the full course of them.)

Boards: Everyday of the week that I am in the office. Even if it means, I stay late or come in even earlier. (I don't let me husband know I am doing this, therefore it has to be on my own computer at teh office.)

More HUMOR :D - Love that idea!!

Activity: Daily do one thing towards a hobby or pleasurable experience without alcohol.

Thanks Ladies for coming here and helping with your great ideas. You are all fantastic and we can do our plans!!

Hugs,
Mary
