I have no idea about the carcinogen thing. Sorry.
When I have a craving it is for something salty and greasy. I don't have much of a sweet tooth, if at all. If you find out about any 'good' chip out there, please let me know! I have tried the 'baked' ones. Might as well chew on a sock and save the calories. |

I'm there. Two bowls side by side. One candy, one ptotao chips. I will grab the chips and hide in the corner. Unless it's M&M peanuts. Then I take both bowls.

Fat is fat, organic or not. Some may not be as bad as others but intake should be limited.
But, if you keep drinking you will be die early for sure. Chips can't be as bad as AL. There are some lower fat ones that are tasty. Abstain from AL, mod the chips and be happy. ![]() Last edited by FloridaBoy : 06-07-2008 at 02:10 AM. |

There are chips that don't use any hydrogenated or transfats and use better oils like canola or safflower. Tims makes ones with less salt that are fabulous. If weight was not a big issue, I would eat them often. Not sure potato chips really count as holistic healing but who knows?
