Hi all! Haven't posted for a long time! BUT I have found some new hope and couldn't help but share it with all of you. This may be long but sooooo worth your time to research it. It WILL help you immensely. I have discovered a super food if you want to call it... it is blue-green algae. I've been using it for a few days now and the results have been phenomenal. No catch so far! I will keep ya'll updated on how I feel. I've had a bit of a headache / neckache but that may be some of the detox working. They say start out with a teaspoon a day or so, or the detox effect can be strong. Like I said, I will keep ya' posted on what happens. hey ya'll ! hope you all have had a good weekend! just posting an update on my e3 experience... day 7 on the e3 and no alcohol AND no cravings. e3 smoothie in the morning w/1 e3 afa capsule in the a.m. & 1 mid afternoon. the headache/neckache pain is slowly going away. it's working for ME and i'm going to stick with it. i've had a positive experience, moreso than anything else i've tried so far (which is listed above). wish me luck & please pray that it continues in a positive light. i will be praying each day for another day the same. have a great week... dmb.
