Hypno CDs for Moms
Hi All,
I am fairly new here and a bit of a fraud in that although I have viewed posts and read the MYO book, I have not actually started the programme as such. However, just viewing the posts here have helped and I have managed 6 days AF cold turkey until a big slip up recently. More determined now - has anyone tried the hypno CDs that RJ has for moms only and if so have they helped? - I am thinking of ordering the 6 week starter pack and this set of CDs and hoping that this combo will be a good start. A big motivator for me is to be a better mother. Any information welcome Bandit
