I know the cost of the 4 CD's is an issue for some of you. I'm a certified hypnotherapist. As part of my program I recorded a hypno CD to stop alcohol use. If anyone would like a copy I'm happy to pass it along. It is about 30 minutes. Contact me if your interested.

Is your CD more effective than the ones for sale on this site? I've ordered the ones sold here, but if they're not effective, I've come to the conclusion that I need hypnosis (or a professional). Let me know what you think. Thank you.

Me, too. I want an effective cd. I've downloaded a few and they simply do not work for me.

However, I have gone to live sessions with a one on one hypnotherapist and those didn't work either.

Maybe I am hypno resistant? (stupid, based on what I have read, only intelligent people can be hypnotized??)

Hey, Cindi, I've always thought that only unintelligent people could be hypnotized!! I tried to "export" the
Smeltzer (sic) cds and all I could get was text. and now they are hiding somewhere in the bowels of my hard drive. I still have them on the ipod. After much MUCH time spent listening, I don't think they are all that effective (not compared to their cost) The overall general quality is lousy period.
