Default Jasmine - use for emotional healing

I just love Jasmine, it flowers here in spring and the whole garden smells of it. Here are some of the benifits of Jasmine Oil...

Jasmine's main use is for emotional healing. Many people find the aroma uplifting, even euphoric; others find it deeply relaxing. People generally respond differently according to tehir physical and emotional needs. Jasmine's warning and sensual fragrance can help restore loss of libido caused by anxiety or mild depression.

It is also used to relieve a range of emotional problems associated with a stressfull lifestyle, grief or worry.

Jasmine plays a significant role in woman's healthcare. In the bath, as a massage oil or simply inhaled, it can help relieve PMS symptoms, menopausal problems. period pain and ease the course of childbirth.

Thanks Deebee. I don't think I can recall the smell of Jasmine.
I love aromatherapy oils.....have just climbed out of a bath that started with my last drops of Lavender and a few more drops of Ylang Ylang thrown in for good measure.
From what you say, Jasmine does sound very beneficial emotionally and physically.
Will have to check it out when I am in town next.

I think Deebee is just devilish by nature. It will likely take more than a gallon of Jasmine to change that, eh?

DeeBee, thanks for the info-Maybe I'll try rubbing some into my scalp, it may convince my hair to quit falling out.

Dee this probably has nothing to do with the actual 'healing' properties of Jasmine etc but when I clicked on new posts this was the first one that popped up. My daughter is called Jasmine. lol

Thank you honey

Funny how the world works Hips, Jasmine = happiness!!

Do you get Jasmine plants there? If so maybe plant a special one at Dolphins place and tell Jasmine so she knows that she's still a part of your daily life.

Ha ha Beetle... I need a truck load of the stuff today!!
