Hi guys
I began taking Kudzu and definitely believe it helped stop the cravings - aren't they gruesome? However...my cycle got longer (and I'm not talking bikes) and this month I haven't had a period at all. I'm not taking any other medication. Anyone else noticed anything like this or is it just me? Keep at it everyone! |

I'm not on any other pills except multi-vits! My periods were always very regular so I noticed it straight away. There's always the possibility of being preggers but I've done a bunch of tests and they are all negative. At this point I think I'd be getting a positive reading.
I've stopped taking the kudzu just as a precaution. Really didn't see any other side effects. I still wanted to drink, but it certainly helped to curb the demons. Hopefully we'll here from some more of the crew over the next few days! |

I've just finished my first bottle of Kudzo. I think it has helped since I've gone longer AF than I have in a long time. It's either a placebo effect (e.g., "This can't be a craving I'm experiencing because I'm taking Kudzo!") or it's the real deal. With that said, I still experience cravings in the evenings, sometimes quite intense ones. Even with the Kudzo, this AF life isn't a piece of cake.
Here's my question, should I buy another bottle and continue taking it? How long do you stay on it and how do you go about stopping? Any tips would be appreciated. |

when you read about Kudzu in the update info that RJ sends out when you order supps from here, it talks about the effect of Kudzu on hormones in women. You may want to check that out. I think it's suppose to be good for peri meno and menopause.
