Moder8 seems to help
By the way, Moder8 does seem to help me drink less. I may still go over my plan by a couple beers, but I don't get totally out of control. It's mostly GABA and 5-HTP, but it is very convenient to have it all in one capsule, and I think it also helps to have the visual association of it being specifically to help me moderate. Helps keep that rebellious attitude in check somewhat.
I'm not trying to sell it or anything, just passing along info in hopes that it might help someone  moder8now.org

But, that being said, I don't know that it is a magic pill...still have to have the innate desire to change.

Thanks Workinprogress- I am always interested in hearing about new things on the market- this cannot be a bad thing, as it is a supplement with lots of B vits, and amino acids as drinkers we are lacking - it sounds interesting.
