Default PMT Drinking patterns - supplement help??

Just did a whole long post on this but somehow it got dumped! Not going to type it all again. In essence. I have noticed a cycle of about 34-35 days with drinking. Most of the time I am pretty ok (AF/mod) but for about 8 days (coinciding with me being a complete cow) my drinking gets out of control. No periods cos I have a Mirena coil fitted but assume this is a hormonal cycle.

Anyone got any experience of supplements/treatements that help?

Thanks

Bessie xxx

Hey Bessie,
Yep I noticed that I used to want to drink and drink and drink the two weeks before my period (well that half of the month always seemed worse!!).
I thought it was PMT related.

Me too, now that you mentioned it. And I have been stuffing myself with lovely French bread and brie cheese. White bread really knocks me out for a few days.

Thanks for that advice. I've got both of those and will start. Anyone got any idea as to dosage? All month or just during the 'danger zone'?!

Does the Evening Primrose thin the blood? I know the EFA's from fish oil do and I'm very prone to bruising.
