Hi Lila.
I take: Morning - 100 mg 5htp, 500 mg GABA, and 600 mg St Johns Wort. Night - 100-200 mg 5htp, 500 mg GABA and 300 St Johns Wort. I know I should be taking fish oil caps too - for mood and brain function but for some reason I haven't been able to work that into my routine. Oh, and drinking considerably less has helped tons with my depression. And eating well, including qunioa most days.

MOW - there are many studies about PS (Phiso bla bla bla Choline) sorry I can't spell it - it's on the list of products for the brain in the health Store here. I've been taking it but I still can't spell.
