This is a really cool 6 minute excercise! Adding the visual element really does something to help me blank out and clear intrusive thoughts. Make sure to click the full screen button to get the true effect.
You might need to click the title bar at the top of the video here to get to the actual Youtube page version of this video and then the bottom right button will have the spiral fill up your entire screen, makes a HUGE difference. Click escape to return to the regular small screen version of it.
