Seacailin, many get frustrated with LGlutamine because they dont' take anywhere near enough to get the beneficial function of it. well documented studies have shown that 15 grams per day is usually effective in fighting both alcohol and sugar cravings. a rounded teaspoon of the bulk powder form is about 5 to 6 grams. if I have a craving I will take a rounded spoon mixed in juice and enjoy the relaxing benefits within 10 minutes or so. During the beginning days/weeks of recovery I'd do that 2 or three times per day and it really helped me.
Lglut is non toxic even in much higher doses BTW. it's also beneficial to repair intestinal wall damaged caused by al abuse and aids in muscular health/growth. good stuff!!

Thanks Det
I will have to get some of the powered form. All they had at Walmart were the tablets. I think that I will order my next batch of supps on the MWO site. I want to be sure of the quality. Cash is tight right now, so was trying to go the cheaper route. |
