Default IT WORKED, IT WORKED !!!!!!

I can't believe it worked but it did ya'll.....I was a hugh doubting Thomas...I did not think it would work.....Kudzu works...at first I tried the kind from Wal- mart, they were tablets, they didn't work. Then I orded the ones from here, took 3, three times a day and it worked. My boyfriend whom I live with drinks, only he doesn't have a problem with it...he can drink one or two and that's all he wonts. So, Friday night we went out to eat and he had a few beers and I didn't even crave it at all.....I was so suprised. I'm not even taking Topamax...maybe I wont have to....I would like to get the hypno CD's though and listen to them. I've only been sober for 11 days...that's longer then I've been sober in probably 8 yrs. taking L-glut and Gabba also and going to AA.
I live in Mississippi which is the kudzu capitol of the united states...I wonder if I could boil some in water and drink the juice????? I dont know, just a thought.

Hi Jaded - The Kudzu does work! I don't know about boiling it in water?? Call your county Extension office - they might know! Or an herbalist in the area who is familiar with local herbs. But the variety you buy on MWO is top shelf!

Huge congrats on 11 days - double digits was a relief to me! Keep on walking down the road! You can do it now!

Great job Jaded. You could probably find the local stuff in a health store in bulk; you should see what they say.

Eureka Jaded, yes it is great stuff. Didn't know you could buy it fresh to boil in water, think that is what you meant (?), would love to hear more about it.

Jaded,

Bird has used kudzu from her property. You can ask her. She knows.

Love,
Cindi

ps, must watch out for county extension spraying poison on it. that would be bad

this reminds me of the first time I heard of Kudzu...
My first year of college (20+ years ago) and an eccentric science professor told of us of the killer kudzu, an invasive plant that was threatening to kill off all other vegetation in the South by growing at phenomenal rates, spreading like a virus across the land. (I was in Florida at the time, so it was somewhat close to home.) This professor's message was kinda scary - that if kudzu continued to grow at the same rate it had been growing, that all other plant life in the Southeast United States would be smothered out, causing dire circumstances for the food supply and economy of the region.

Hmmm.... maybe this plant was growing to match the growing epidemic of alcoholism in our country, which is also spreading like a virus across our land.

Jaded, congrats on your success, and may you find peace and joy in your continued sobriety.
Maybe you aren't so "jaded" anymore?
