My Happy Place, you're the best -- thank you!

I'm a Pitta so here is my suggested routine.

Watch out, next I'll be calling for all Pittas on MWO to unite

Hi,

It seems like I'm a Pitta, too, but I also have some Vata (brrrrr).

This thread is inspiring, but I still have not practiced in a week. Work has been so busy and now I am checking in here before going to sleep. I'll do a legs up the wall for a bit.

Thanks for all of the resources. I have a mini vacation soon and will check them out.

Pitta/Vata here Free and Pav. So Free, you know to stay away from the hot yoga even though you might like it? I have to, the warmth is addictive Liking the interest in Ayurveda too, its such an interesting science.

Where are the yogi's? Sam and Mr G, hope your practice is progressing x

Mostly Pitta, little bit of Kapha here. Took a break in the middle of a stressful day to practice yoga, even 30 minutes made a difference in my concentration and attitude. I'm a believer!!!

Heading back to the States this evening -- another 24 hours in transit, starting in 8 hours!

I wanted to jump in and just say hi to Free. So nice to see you. Sounds like you are still doing a bit of traveling. Missed much of the thread, but from what I've read online, I'm mostly vata/pitta. Maybe one day, I'll actually go to an Ayurveda doctor and find out. Anyway, great thread. Thanks.

Hi Moss Ross, great to hear from you. Hope all is well in your life. There are usually some online questionnaires you can fill out to get a sense of your dosha.

Plane was cancelled so I am still in WAfrica. Invoked my "I don't want to drink" mantra when the waiting in the airport VIP lounge seemed interminable. Helped enormously.

Bumping this thread for Skull and Spirit. Hope you two join this group of yoginis!

That makes my heart glad G, and I reckon you're right. You take power by just starting to move. x
