I am still working out on the eliptical. Up to 20 minutes now, ending totally drenched in sweat! LOL. Been on it since last Tuesday with the exception of Friday and Saturday. I feel my flub meeeeeeeeeeelting away.

One thing that is nice is working out in your own home, you can do it naked and have a shower without the possibility of getting athletes feet by taking a shower in a public place or something.

Of course I am kidding about working out naked!

Have a great day everyone!

Sure you are
Wow, you are doing just amazing !!! The eliptical will burn the fat away for sure... It is such a good total workout that focuses on the large muscle groups.. Good for you Like yourself I workout at home at my leisure which is the "ticket" for me... I'm not a go to the gym person even a little bit. Never have been.
I have a really busy day planned today.. Work then a pile of shopping in town. Then barn chores... No "workout" today but will be running my butt off at work. I can really feel the abdominal workout from yesterday, today.
Onward !!!
After today I have 5 days off work !!!! Yahooo !!! My fellas are leaving on a fishing trip tomorrow until Sunday so I'll have plenty of time for my workouts as well as working in the garden... Ahhhh....
Have a "Happy Humpy " everybody

Hello everybody
Well, I got busy out in the garden yesterday so I didn't do a workout... I'm kinda frustrated with myself for lacking the motivation... argg !!!
Anyhow, today I did do my workout on the treadmill, eliptical, and bike for thirty minutes.. My left hip is really bothering me and it's still sore as I type... I didn't do my abdominals because that aggervates it.. I did do bowflex for my arms and legs though... I feel so much better when I do my workout
Take Good Care all, Hugs,xxx

Niblet--you sound pretty motivated to me!! I can't seem to get there either! I am really anxious to start gardening--but the weather needs to straighten out first. I've got some health issues that seem to be getting in the way of my energy levels right now.

I think you are doing great!! (IMHO)

Seems like with the summer season here everybody's been busy doing other things... I know I have been.

I've logged a lot of miles in kayaking in the past month, my skin is looking like leather! Between kayaking & being outside doing yardwork, I'm turning into human jerky! I do wear sunscreen, but being on the water & in the sun, just seems to cook me Oh well, "fat looks better cooked" LOL!

Hope everybody is having a great summer.
I'm going to take advantage of this cloudy day today & get some yardwork done while it's a bit cooler.

Judie

I know this thread is a bit on the "crusty" side...

But, Some things don't change a whole "H" of a lot...

Still kayaking, enjoying these beautiful days on the river & working nights... doing a bit of grounds keeping/yardwork in between...

Hope everybody's having an incredible day... w/ an even better one to follow.

Bring on the Indian Summer!

A "bit" crusty indeed....I've stayed away for so long....still struggling to find a way to stay AF...had three weeks up until last Friday and then blew it.
My work-outs had been really good up until then, now can't get the motivation to get going....pretty depressing, huh???
I do hope everyone else is doing well...I'm so sorry to have stayed away so long.
