Walking is so good for you, I must do an average of 7 hours a week, and I always try to do at least 10,000 steps a day..
I'm a good girl I am... It also helps to build bone density, its good for the lungs and circulation, and it always makes me feel sooooo good, but the best thing about walking is its ABSOLUTELY FREE!!!!

I get paid for it!
Does waiting tables as fast as ya can count? I keep the window open & we're right @ the mouth of the river, so it's fresh air. ![]() I do 7 hrs a night... 4-5 nights a wk (it does cost me my sanity & sense of well being sometimes... can also test my sense of humor... good thing it's healthy!)
