Music to exercise to
I FINALLY got out there and started walking. DAMMIT, I'm going to keep it up! I burned a cd just for this purpose and it makes it sooo much more enjoyable. I wanted to post one of the songs I walk to, and who knows I might do it more often if it helps anyone else!!

I LOVE this idea!! I have loads that I fast walk/jog to. Here is my fav.....don't laugh but, it has a great constant tempo to keep up to.
