I STILL get pretty tired. Seems like after I eat my lunch I get veeeerrryyy Sleeeepy! I have laid down for a couple of naps and woke up 2 hours later! I guess i feel like my body must need it, so why fight it? Hubby must never find out, however!!!

I am thinking the ol' bod is trying to heal from two horrible addictions. I need to be more patient with myself. I HATE feeling tired and lazy though. IT is so unlike me. But I guess it is par for the course. Glad to know I am not alone.

Hey barebones those are some great stats you are sporting. LOL I am 2 weeks AF tomorrow (June 25)
and 3 days tomorrow NF. I had just leveled out my sleeping with melatonin and some sleepy
time tea and now without Nicotine it seems I am back to no sleep, sporadic sleep, the other thing
is I actually felt jittery tonight. hmmm I have never tried to quit without some sort of aid so
everything is new as far as ciggies. Talk to u later!

Hi guys, hang in there biscuit, you're doing great! I'm coming up on 4 months since my quit date and 30 days since my last F-Up. Got invited to the bar last night, but luckily hubby didn't want to go. I just don't feel like I'm up to that challenge yet--the bar was my favorite place to smoke and of course drink. Only one bar in town that allows smoking now, so that helps at least. Just need a little more time I think (hope).

LVT25, I am hanging in, AF seems to be way easier than NF for me anyway. I think it is because I have smoked way longer than I drank. However I have made it to day 18 AF
and day 7 NF. Does the crave for cigs go away eventually?

You bet it does! And.... you also will get to the point where you can't remember what it really felt like to smoke, and the thought of smoking feels so unnatural.
It does take time to be comfortable being a nonsmoker... but believe me, it will happen!

Thanks, Fallen and Barebones for the encouraging words. I am marching on and everytime I want
or have a thought of smoking I say out loud " I pity the fool that smokes" kinda in my best
Mr T. A-Team fashion. LOL Went to the casino over the weekend and I got to say it alot. The funny
thing is smelling the smoke was not appealing or repulsing so maybe I have turned a corner.
Thanks for listening.

Biscuit
