Great stuff Luke!
Heard of a runner/writer in U.S. called John Bingham, a.k.a. the penguin? Writes in runner's world, but has some great free online /inspiration's too. Yesterday i ran 5 km's.

Hi there Luka and Guitarista!
The good news...we can add 4.5 more miles to our trek around the world today. Hooray! The bad news...I have absolutely NO IDEA how to add the miles to the kms! ![]() So far we have: 4.5 miles 5 km 4.5 miles Who can do the math?? Okay, I'm back...mile conversion is 3.10685 miles for 5 kms...so we are at a grand total of 12.10685 miles or 19.4840864064 kms! Good grief. What shall we use?
