Lightbulb Jump start your program with four easy steps

Ready to start MWO right away? Here's how:

1) Read the book "My Way Out" and familiarize yourself with the program. You'll find the PDF version linked on RJ's blog at www.mywayout.org/blog. It's also available in softcover format at our Health Store, on amazon.com and barnes&noble.com.

2) Register for a free membership on this message board so you can take advantage of all the rich features of a wonderful and incredibly supportive community. You can register here.

3) Purchase the recommended nutritional supplements and hypnotherapy CDs. We hope you'll consider doing so at our Health Store. Our supplements are packaged to match the proper dosage and quantities called for in the Way Out program and are quality assured. The CDs are available to meet your specific goals, whether you wish to achieve moderated drinking or complete abstinence.

4) Make an appointment with a health care professional who can prescribe the medication if you decide to take it. Be sure to download the information from this site (Newsweek article, Wall Street Journal, Wired.com and Lancet study for starters) and consider dropping it off before your meeting. For other tips about how to find a physician and prepare for your visit, please see this article on our blog.

Also, be sure to check in regularly here on the message board and keep us posted as to your progress. You're sure to find fabulous new friends here who will help you on your road to recovery!
