Good for you... do try again... Do you have a real plan laid out for yourself, using the MWO book as a blueprint? If you do that... if you are determined to quit... and if you stick around here for support and encouragement... I am quite sure you will achieve your goals, get alcohol out of your life...

Hi Cherbear. I'm new too and it's always the best laid plans (to only have one) isn't it? I'm trying for AF day 1 today. Didn't make it yesterday b/c I went out to dinner with friends and it was Italian! So, I had 2 glasses of wine which isn't too bad, I guess. It will be hard today since it's Friday but I'm planning to have tonic and lime while my hubby has his gin & tonic. Good luck today!
