Default Re: My Story

Hello Everyone!

I'm so happy I found this community of people with the same genuine problems as mine. I tried AA before and stuck with it for months and months and never felt confortable there. It didn't help much, even if I have all the respect for the people that attend their meetings. I just felt that I didn't fit there because the meetings were making me very self councious and nervous.
I've started back training and taking on gym and sports in the last few weeks and it made a big difference to my life. I've always been a keen athlete, but sometimes my drinking problem was pulling me back making me feel like wasting my time. Now, I'm sobber for three weeks and I know it's not a very long time, but I am determined to grab my life with both hands from the drinking habit and with the support of friends and people in here and in my life I know I can overcome the cravings and taking back my life.

I've started reading the book "My Way Out" and find it fascinating huge support.

Hope to hear from you!

Regards,

Edwin

Edwin,

A big to you!!

Any of us here will be more than glad to help you in anyway we can.

If there is anyway you can get the MWO book, I highly recommend it.

The recommendations on the supplements alone help immensely.

Do they make you quit drinking? No. But they do make you feel better physically much faster and that sure helps the mental state!!

Glad to meet you and look forward to getting to know you better.

Cindi

Edwin

I'm with Cindi. The book is the best place to start. I got mine at amazon.com, but it can be downloaded here. MWO has worked for me!
