Description:
Raw Pasta
Preparation:
  1. Watch video:

  2. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gkhR3NKNpgo
Instructions:
  1. I think the s blade of a food processor may also work for the spiraling of the zucchini. Will let you know.

  2. I also plan to heat up spaghetti sauce (which is not so raw) and use on the zucchini noodles.

The blade of a food processor will make your zuke stubby and not what you want. I have a V-slicer which is similar to a mandolin and it does a great job, or you can use a veggie peeler and peel lengthwise and get more of a fettucine shape to it.
