Description:
Cream cheese spread with fresh chives.
(I had to think of something, so I can try out this new set up)
Other: Ingredients:
Time:
Wham -bam
Difficulty:
Not brain surgery
Serving Size:
At your discretion
  1. Creamy goat cheese
  2. Philadelphia cream cheese,
  3. fresh chives from your garden,
  4. white pepper,
  5. pinch of salt
  6. pinch of sweet paprika.
Preparation:
  1. 1 - 2 - 3 .
Instructions:
  1. Mash about equal portions of goat cheese and Philadelphia cream cheese together;
  2. season with salt and white pepper to taste;
  3. add about a heaped tablespoon of very finely minced chives;
  4. If you want it a bit creamier, ad a few drops of olive oil.
  5. You can serve this on crackers, a toasted bagel,
  6. or just about anything you can think of.
  7. I also like to top it with very fresh cucumber slices and a dusting of dill.

How many drops of olive oil constitute as a "few?" I think I am going to enter this recipe into a contest.

Lushy, don't be so dense. When it comes to measurements the Det is the expert. Just ask him.
