Default 7 day AF .then

still struggling etc
i have my good days then bad days . people tell me to pul my socks up but they dont understand .
saw my threapist today..... think theyre going to put me on a mood stablizer as well as celexa .
i know drinkiing is not conducive to meds .... but as long asi have my intervals of AF they will work

Jay, have you read the MWO book? it's really very illuminating for me. 7 Days was as long as I went AF until just this last week, and it hasn't been an easy ride. Hang in there!

Jay42, congrats on your success so far. To me, a key component to being AF is looking at what you have gained, not what you have lost. Although it is hard right now, there is light at the end of the tunnel. Keep up the great work!
