Ta not too strong, small drop of cow juice and no sugar please. Now my little part of the emerald isle was white with frost this morning but now it is a lovely spring morning. Lots of white bells under the trees and I see one single golden crocus popping through. The daffs are coming up but just green shoots at the moment.

Evening all,
Morning KTabious, there's alway's a cuppa waiting for you here, friend. I left all that hair/fashion lark behind yonk's ago. These day's, i shave the top, grow one side long, and comb it over. The fashion of no fashion. Quite Zen, some say. I'd double for Mr Cakes, all in the name of health and safety, of course. Welcome Katie! I read your other post's re positive thinking etc.....And yep, al takes the whole feckin' shine off who we are, who we're meant to be, and put's us on 'pause' as to who we will become. Alcohol is a lie, a complete delusion. Old habit's do die hard, but new one's soon become the 'norm', but it takes a bit of time, and regular exercising of our new habit's, or modified lifestyle, but it can be done, has been done, and is being done over and over, right here, right now, by many a feisty and pissed off punter. You can do it, and can get your life back. Great to see you here. Go for it! Great to see you Kapo and Beagleos! There art thou Fickopolous! You beeewdiful, beeewdiful ladys......x Enjoy your evening malakos.
