My Mr4 has some gastro bug thing...starting spewing about 5pm yesterday...didn't get a lot of sleep. One of the true joys of parenthood...cleaning spew off the rug. I don't know how I coped being drunk or hungover all the time... OK, well, I'm off to see James for some high intensity cardio. Have a great day all. xo

we have Angel and G Force gainfully employed. Betts off amusing herself with her own ADD tendencies. Mame in training for 3 marathons. Tippy off trying to convince the rest of South Africa to embrace POETS. Tawny MIA. Aspy dog paddling in the wading pool. Fickle chatting up random blokes in a supermarket in order to jump the cue. Ruby off playing with her 'blender' (what's that code for?) Reginald picking up in Irish Mexican bars? I mean, WTF even IS that ? And Ronnie, having given FIL the finger, sleeping soundly. Hmmm....all is well with the world. Carry on. Bridge. PS: A friend and I used to joke about meeting the man who would spend every second weekend with our kids. Be careful what you joke about I suppose
