Thanks to the contributions of some on this site, I am getting very enthusiastic about macrobiotics. I read the Hip Chick's Guide to Macrobiotics and have ordered 5 days of food from the Kushi Institute. The underlying philosophy of it is that FOOD IS MEDICINE, @ least this is my understanding. Macrobiotics is also animal and environmentally friendly which is very important to me, especially as a duck! :H
I am just discovering how much info there is on youtube regarding EVERYTHING under the sun. I did a youtube search for macrobiotics and got some great, short videos explaining it all if any are interested.
