I just read a disturbing comment on another thread regarding a few newbies feeling as if they were not being treated well by some of the older members.
Please understand, you are all more than welcome, we want you to find your way out of this alcohol mess and onto a much better life. All of us, oldies, midis, newbies feel that way.
MWO has always been a safe harbor for me, where friends reached out with kind hands and words of wisdom, caring, support and love. I can only pray that I can do the same for everyone else here.
I have made many dear friends here and feel blessed because of this site.
I have also spent hours laughing at some of the posts and been grateful for the joy.
I have also tried to tread carefully on the devisive subjects but respect that so many of my dear friends have different points of views and different experiences in life. Sometimes disagreement and discussion is a good thing. We learn and become more aware because of it. Instead of viewing these things as destructive, view them as instructive.
Please, if you feel you are being ignored or mistreated, just simply post it. I only ask that you avoid attacking any member. We are all on this journey together and we all want to win this battle and we all want everyone else to win, too.
