Hi Guys can someone please give me some info on the damage alcohol does to our muscles and our organs? I'm hoping that this may be a good deterrent for me as I strive to become healthier and my body becomes fitter. Thanks Pan

Alternatively - google on tissue damage caused by acetaldehyde or muscle damage caused by acetaldehyde - that should give you some scary stuff.

It is the acetaldehyde (a breakdown product of alcohol metabolism) that appears to be the culprit.
