I know the whole point of the subliminal part of the cd's is to input messages into the brain. I'm a little afraid to let go and be influenced when I don't know what it is being put into my head. Lebray, according to the hypnotherapist the subliminal message is identical to the one you hear during the hypnotic session. It is simply recorded at another level so your subconscious is made aware of it in a different state. This provides post hypnotic cues to the same positive messages.
