I've ordered the All One powder. I currently take a Women's formula multivitamin from GNC. Should I continue to take that with the All One and the other supplements or not?

Hi.
When the All One powder arrives, copy down all the nutrients and do the same with your GNC vitamins. I think you will see the difference in that All One may have more nutrients, and I don?t know that you need to double up. But if the GNC product provides what you need, it?s your choice. You may want to refer to a recent post on the message board of Roberta?s regarding amino acids to ensure your GNC product, or any others, have that covered.
