I ordered the kudzu elixer from happy herbalist, but instead recieved 4oz bags of powder with no dosing info. Do you know how to dose this??

Hi.
We will be working more closely with Ed Kasper (the "Happy Herbalist") soon. He is a knowledgable acupuncturist and herbalist who is currently seeking a reliable and reasonably priced source of both powdered and encapsulated kudzu for us. He states that a level teaspoon of kudzu is equivalent to 3,000 to 5,000 mg. We'll provide more info about this alliance soon.

Thanks for the info. I guess I would take about 1/8 of a teaspoon. I think. Can you take too much? Are there any ill effects??Comment
