Dear Dr. Garcia,

I notice there is a lot of Vitamin B in the nutritional supplements-the B 50 capsules and the All in One powder. I also take a multivitamin/mineral supplement that has the B vitamins. Is it possible to get too much of them? I have read from time to time that it's possible to "overdose" on various vitamins. Thanks, I just don't want to do anything harmful while I am trying to get healthy!

Hi.

B vitamins are processed by the kidneys--bright yellow urine. No harm and what you don't use is excreted into the toilet....
