I have a fitness background. I know WHAT to do, I've just allowed booze to take all my real motivation away. This website has helped me get it back.
My husband has promised to move my treadmill back into the house from the garage this evening (where it has been since renovations in June!). I typically do treadmill intervals in the am. That tends to lean me the out the fastest. Also, I joined a gym for the weight work and will aim for two days a week at first.
Anyone interested in posting your workouts? I LOVE to hear about how other people are using exercise to help stay sober.:jumpin:
