46 days total AF with 9 days of holiday wine thrown in there

That first string of 43 days was too important to me not to count it now. It all depends on your goal. My current one is another long string of AF.

Well, I am just shouting joy and gratitude....7/8 months (225 days? * ) of not speaking to Al! He's around but we don't 'get on' any more! (I hate him!)

Today is Day 6 for me!! And I just realized that I made it AF for a Friday and a Saturday. Last night I even had a few minutes of that eupohoria that only comes from being AF... you know that clarity, appreciation for the moment, etc. I was so high!

Chief - I love that reminder... "It all started with Day 1".

Here's to another glorious day without alcohol!

Six days AF, 7 if you count today. Plan on doing an AF January.

I did 39AF days in a row back in Nov/Dec 07 and now want to do another 30.

Might as well I have a bunch of books and supps that I could use.

I have started reading "Seven Weeks to Sobreity" and its companion book by the same author, "Depression Free Naturally". I have ordered the "My Way Out" book and it is on its way. Figure that being AF would be a good idea when reading these and implimenting the suggestions in the books.
