Simple question I think?

I have not had a drink for a change tonight mainly because I offered to pick up my partner from the train station late tonight. But normally i drink a bottle of wine a night for the drink tracker how many glasses is that ?

i think it is about 6 glasses, normally 750ml in a bottle and a small glass is 100-125ml. i struggled all nite with the idea of a "single" glass of wine, was on day 9, i think i was testing myself, anyhow, poured myself a glass, albeit a large one, of red wine, drank it, enjoyed it and told myself thats it no more tonight. I managed to stop and am now pleased and disappointed with myself all at the same time ..

good for you seashell!!! I wish I could do that. I would be having one all the way to the station.

I also believe there are 6 glasses per average bottle. The recommended safe level is
2 glasses per day, 21 units per week, so maybe it's not very healthy to drink this amount.
