loaded question! not sure if they stop any one frome form drinking they haven't stoped me me yet! but I love listening to the hypo tapes not sure about the rest, Althouth I feel if no when I manage to control my drinking the tapes will be useful. sorry this may be as useful as a chocolate fireguard!!

They really help me fall asleep. Haven't noticed that they've helped me to stop drinking but I don't listen to them during the day. Not sure if that would make a difference. I only listen to them when I go to bed. If you have trouble sleeping they're very relaxing.
