    Good morning !!!
    Today I did 33 minutes on the treadmill and actually tried a little bit of a slow jog... I'll see if it bothers my back.. Then I did 60 abdominals.. no bowflex today... gotta work at the caffeteria which is alot of walking too.... Have a great day all :goodjob:

    oops!

    I posted on yesterday's by accident, thought I was starting a new thread!?! :H

    Well, I have ice on the knee, which is aching right now, BUT I did do 20 min on eliptical, but then pigged out on pizza, it was good, but I feel like I won't be losing much weight if I keep that up!!! I only had 2 peices, but still feel guilty!!

    Anyway, I am trying, and I want to do 20 more minutes on it after work before picking up my son from swimming practice at 5PM...........hope tooget it in!

    Love you gals, "fit chicks" I called us this AM on yesterday's thread!:H
